SERVICE TERMS
Before we pick up your printer.
- Diagnosis is $69 and includes pickup, diagnosis, a repair estimate and delivery within our standard area.
- Maintenance starts at $69 for Basic models and $99 for Standard models. Advanced, Professional and unlisted models require a quote. Maintenance is intended for functioning printers that need preventive care. Repairs are quoted separately after diagnosis.
- Pickup and delivery are included from Homestead to Pembroke Pines. Extended-area pricing will be discussed before scheduling.
- No repair is performed without your prior approval. Replacement parts are charged at actual cost with no markup, preferably purchased from the official manufacturer.
- Submitting a request does not schedule a pickup or authorize a repair. We will contact you to review the issue and confirm the next steps.
- We use your contact information, printer details and photos to respond to and coordinate your service request. Please upload only photos relevant to your printer. Contact rodolfo@3d2designs.com with questions about your information.
